Official channels
Prove which accounts and emails are really yours.
One record lists your websites, X handles, email domains and partnership address, each with its own proof. Anyone can then check a link, a handle or an email against it before they reply, sign or pay.
For creators
Creators: check any brand-deal email for free at /check. Paste the sender's address or the whole email. Only the From address is read, and nothing is stored. If the address is on a brand's record you will see it; if it only looks like one of the brand's domains, you are pointed to the brand's verified website instead.
For brands
Brands: give partners and creators one place to confirm it is really you, and point them there from every outreach email. Only channels Proof Rail has checked are shown as verified; anything else you list is shown as declared by you.
How each channel is proven
Websites and email domains
· a DNS TXT record at _rail-proof-challenge.yourdomain,
the same check as a domain ownership record. For email domains Proof Rail also notes whether the domain has mail servers.
Partnership or press address · an address on a verified email domain, confirmed by a one-time link sent to that inbox.
X handles · a public post from the handle containing the record's challenge token, opened and checked by a Proof Rail reviewer.
Other social handles · listed as declared by the brand unless proven.
Your logo · upload a PNG or SVG. It appears on the certificate and in search results only after a Proof Rail reviewer approves it, with the note "Logo reviewed by Proof Rail". The signed record status carries the approved file's fingerprint.
What this is not
A record shows which channels were checked and when. It does not vouch for an offer, a contract or a payment, and an account that is not listed is simply not covered by it. Records can be suspended, revoked or expire, and a record that is not active never shows as verified.
Pricing
An official channels record is priced like any other record on your plan, and X handles a reviewer checks count as reviewed verifications. See current plans and verification costs.
